The rumors continue to grow as we all await the new hot models from BMW and Lexus. It's the M3 vs. the IS-F. According to the latest news on autospies.com, they seem to have some credible evidence that the Lexus is going to come with a 100 HP per liter engine which means a heart attack inducing 500 HP! Now BMW's '08 M3 is supposed to be rated at a formidable 398 HP, this would put the IS-F a whopping 100 pony advantage. This all seems to be a little too good to be true, but yet it makes sense since these cars are going up against the likes of the Audi's RS4 and the Benz Cl63. Rumors are just rumors so I guess we'll have to wait till these cars get introduced to the public (at the NAIAS?) to see what the true story is.
